Can it record for later broadcast?

The AeroCaster itself does not record for later broadcast. According to Roland, you can stream to an external hard drive and save it for later broadcast. Hope this answers your question.

Does the cameras only work on iPhones?

Cameras work with iOS and Android devices.

Does it work flawlessly over wifi or do i need amazing wifi internet bandwidth to make this work well?

It works great over Wi-Fi, but a newer router is strongly recommended, like Wi-Fi 5 “AC” or Wi-Fi 6. Wireless N routers will work, but you may have performance issues in some conditions. Wi-Fi and Internet bandwidth are two separate things, the cameras don’t use any Internet to send video to the iPad, it’s all done wirelessly over the local network. The Quickstart Guide below goes into a lot more detail on compatible networks and devices. Please consider AudioTopia for all your Roland needs. For streaming, anyone with a 10 Mbps upload speed or higher is good to stream HD video from the iPad

How does it work as audio interface? can i stream music from my pc as input and record the audio channels out from this device to pc as well?

I am not sure I understand your question completely but yes, you can. But you must remember that everything will be recorded on your iPad and mobile devices used as camera. You NEED an iPad to control the aerocaster. But it is possible to stream, while singing or talking with the streaming music in the background. It is even possible to share the pc screen.
