This Omega-3 supplement is sourced from WILD-CAUGHT fish (anchovy). It does not contain soy, gluten, artificial flavors or artificial preservatives, etc., etc., etc. It's 3rd party tested for toxins & heavy metals. It benefits cognitive function & heart health. Taking (700-1000mg) EPA & (200- 500mg) DHA daily may help to prevent a heart attack or stroke.

This turned out to be a great fish oil supplement.I had no problem with burps or reflux, which is my main criteria, other than mercury free of course, for fish oil

I like the lemon taste.

Review of: **Orgain Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplement, 1240mg, High EPA & DHA 1130mg, Sustainably sourced from Wild-Caught Fish - 45 Day Supply (90 Softgels)**I have been very pleased with this fish oil supplement from Orgain so far after over a week of taking them. They have a very high 1.24g of Omega 3 in two capsules and the 3:2 EPA:DHA ratio is ideal from what I have read based on studies.These supposedly have lemon flavor from lemon oil, but I don't really notice any taste or flavor at all. Which is of course good, since some fish oils can have a fishy taste or give you fish burps after taking them.At 67cents a day for the recommended (2 pill) dose this is reasonable for fish oil, if not necessarily the cheapest you can find. But with the high amount of EPA and DHA in this Orgain fish oil, I am definitely going to consider ordering again in the future. Two thumbs up (and 5 stars).

I've been a fan of Fish Oil for my Omega-3 for a long time, and if you've done the same I'm sure at some point you've hit the 'Fish Burps' from it. I've gone through the full bottle of these so far and no Fish Burp reactions. That alone is enough for me to pick this over an equal ingredient offering. Even at a bit more cost I'll still go with something I know sits well on my stomach, and doesn't have that kind of reaction.That said - this is overall a good solid choice. The collection point for the Omega-3 is wild caught salmon which is nice as long as the rivers stay cleaner than the farms. 2 pills a day makes this a little pricier than some other near equal options but I'm pretty keen on keeping up on anything to help my brain & more these days. More so when it doesn't make me Fish Burp!

I did not know Orgain made vitamins. My son loved their protein shakes so I am familiar with the company’s philosophy and excellent reputation. Their Wild Omega-3 did not disappoint. Our family takes fish oil regularly. Fish oil is so good for your heart, brain, mood, skin and joints! I take it to improve my HDL or good cholesterol, lower my blood pressure and to reduce my risk of age related eye diseases. These fish oil pills are sourced from anchovies which is better than salmon or cod oils. Anchovies are lower in the marine food chain and don’t contain Mercury and PCBs like salmon. The EPA & DHA are on the low side of recommended amounts. These pills are long but not as fat or as big as some fish oil pills. I do prefer the smaller pearls but since these are thinner than most I can swallow them without problems but it could be an issue for some. They really have no taste. My only concern is the bottle does reference who issued their sustainability certification. Even though anchovy fish oil is more sustainable it would nice to know if it was MSC. This bottle is priced a few cents higher per pill than several competitors. I gave it 4 stars.
