Review of: **Orgain Omega-3 Fish Oil Supplement, 1240mg, High EPA & DHA 1130mg, Sustainably sourced from Wild-Caught Fish - 45 Day Supply (90 Softgels)**I have been very pleased with this fish oil supplement from Orgain so far after over a week of taking them. They have a very high 1.24g of Omega 3 in two capsules and the 3:2 EPA:DHA ratio is ideal from what I have read based on studies.These supposedly have lemon flavor from lemon oil, but I don't really notice any taste or flavor at all. Which is of course good, since some fish oils can have a fishy taste or give you fish burps after taking them.At 67cents a day for the recommended (2 pill) dose this is reasonable for fish oil, if not necessarily the cheapest you can find. But with the high amount of EPA and DHA in this Orgain fish oil, I am definitely going to consider ordering again in the future. Two thumbs up (and 5 stars).

I've been a fan of Fish Oil for my Omega-3 for a long time, and if you've done the same I'm sure at some point you've hit the 'Fish Burps' from it. I've gone through the full bottle of these so far and no Fish Burp reactions. That alone is enough for me to pick this over an equal ingredient offering. Even at a bit more cost I'll still go with something I know sits well on my stomach, and doesn't have that kind of reaction.That said - this is overall a good solid choice. The collection point for the Omega-3 is wild caught salmon which is nice as long as the rivers stay cleaner than the farms. 2 pills a day makes this a little pricier than some other near equal options but I'm pretty keen on keeping up on anything to help my brain & more these days. More so when it doesn't make me Fish Burp!

I supplement with omega 3 fatty acids from fish oil every day for various reasons. They have benefits for the immune system, joints, heart, brain, and overall health as well as anti-inflammatory properties. Orgain is a top notch brand that I trust and have used many of their products over the years. I appreciate that this fish oil is from wild caught fish, pure, and third party tested to make sure it doesn't have any heavy metals or toxins. 2 capsules provides 1240mg of omega 3. This is pretty good. There are some other supplements that provide around 1000mg in 1 capsule so if you're looking for the most potent option, there are better alternatives. But if the number of capsules doesn't matter as much to you, then this product provides a good dose of omega 3s from a quality brand.

My regular fish oil supplement is liquid from a bottle. One tablespoon a day works well. The company I use actually makes it taste good. As for gelcaps most brands I have used have a negative effect - the fish taste (and sometimes heartburn) comes back up. I'm not sure why some brands have kickback and some don't. Orgain Omega is one of the good ones. Not taste and no returning problems.If you're looking for a good fish oil Omega 3 (there are other omegas) than this is a good one. If you have a phobia swallowing larger pills than this product may not be for you.Highly recommended
