A really useful little book, written by an experience dachshund owner.Well written and very easy to understand, this is now my dachshund bible!

This book was very helpful with our pup. It tells you what you need to teach them, when to do it, how to do it, and why. It was all easier than i thought it would be. Without this book i would have made some mistakes on things such as how to respond to a dogs actions during training. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for some insight regarding dachshunds or any puppy really

Very easy to understand and follow

I am looking forward to practicing your techniques with my new puppy. I have had two dachshunds who both lived to 12 and 15 years respectively. Luckily, they were good dogs because I did not spend much time training per se…one was a barker and one had minimal bladder control. I hope to avoid those things with the new dog with your help. My one question is.,,what about cuddle time? I loved my boys and they sat on the couch with me all the time, no issues, just kisses. Yes/no/how?
