Pan Warps - Can’t get Socarrat
The pan looks beautiful but we have an electric glass top range, so the pan immediately warped leaving only the centre portion in contact with the cooktop. We could only get socarrat in a tiny centre portion of the pan. I’m guessing it best to use on a gas range or a dedicated paella burner.

the best paella with sea food
Well, paella is my favourite food,so it’s really important for me to cook it perfect.I had always had trouble with other brands,especially when i cook it with sea food.I’ve got the best taste now.Love it

easy to fry and unable to burn my paella
It is my first time for this brand.Honestly speaking,i hesitated.But,after that,i can clearly say that it is worth to buy it.I did not taste the steel,and i loved it :) Nice to taste the shrimps and my delicious paella :)I highly recommend that Paella Pan
