Don't go for it guys
Spec may seem good . But you can build a i5 13600k and rtx 4060 and 16gb ram and 1 tb SSD which will be faster then this pc. It's old. I5 13th gen and 4060(8gn card)is faster in current gen games then i9 9th gen. With less temperature and in long run latest specs will give a price to performance value. I haven't bought it. There are many reviews which are made fakely from the seller side. These pc builder have old hardwares and want to get rid of them. U can't go for it if it's is 40 k even then my new pc that I build has r5 5600x and rtx 3060 is 60k. With 16gb ram and 1tb SSD.

Which "Generation" of i9?
The seller hides the "Generation" of the Intel i9 Processor. As of writing this review, Intel has released its 14th Generation of processors! The first i9 processors were introduced in 2017 (the i9-7900X, in June 2017). So the seller is probably selling a PC equipped with an older generation of i9 processor (like anywhere from the 2017-2019 era). Please avoid this abysmal product sold with the insidious intention of robbing its unsuspecting customers!
