9GreenBox: Lucky Bamboo - Set 4"x10, 6"x10, 8"x10

I bought these bamboo several months ago and nearly all of them remain green, thriving, and in great shape. They were packed well with the roots surrounded by a special "jelly" and wrapped up in plastic. None were damaged or broken upon arrival. Overall, they have remained much healthier than the bamboo that I used to buy in a local flea market, which used to die off after a couple of months.The only thing I would have preferred is to have the option of picking out exactly how many of each size bamboo I want instead of having to get a specific "package" of the three different sizes. But this is a relatively minor issue. Otherwise, I would highly recommend buying bamboo from this company.

Product arrived in good shape even in the middle of a Texas scorcher of a summer. I received my shipment in the middle of the summer. The products appeared in good shape. I held off on reviewing due to many other reviews reporting poor survival rates in the ensuing weeks. Well, I have to report differently. I put these bamboo seedlings in two shallow window boxes in a very dark area of my living room shaded on the outside of a huge tree. Not only have the bamboo survived in this hostile environment they appear to be doing well in spite of being deprived of deep enough soil and sunlight. I have had these for over four months and counting and haven't lost a single one. I can't say the same for other indoor plants bought elsewhere. They even survived the unexpected attention of my son's large tom cat.

I recently hosted a book release/signing. The bamboo were separated, placed in clear glass shot glasses, surrounded by river pebbles and watered. I presented each plant with a pretty bow. My Guests adored this parting favor. Thank you for such a super product.

I had a few bamboo plants in my apt in NYC, and I loved them because they were easy to care for, and my hot-nonAC apt was a good environment for them.I moved to Puerto Rico, and couldn't take them with me, but good 'ol Amazon saved the day.I ordered these on May 22, and received them by June 4th. Packaging was just ok, but the plants survived the trip, and look exactly like the picture in size, shape, and health.I put them in water immediately, and will go to the Dollar Store tomorrow to get vase/holders and cheap rocks. I also bought the green bamboo food (as the seller of the plants I had in NYC recommended it, and I had success with those plants, and I'm awful with plants!)I look forward to these plants and am happy to have something alive in my apt here in PR besides me!Thanks much to 9Greenbox!

These bamboo plants arrived within 2 days of my placing the order, and they look just perfect. Not any sign of distress and look so healthy. The amazing thing is that they were delivered from a mail truck when it was 94 degrees out, and yet the packaging clearly helped protect them from the heat. I rinsed off the wet gel-like substance and put them in fresh water right away. Just looking at them makes me smile! Well done Amazon and 9GreenBox.com!

The Bamboo I bought was a great buy first off. A+The plants are all thriving great. A+I just put in water with some small stones around to hold in place and rememeber to water..... easy as that.I didn't buy the plant for any symbol of "luck". I just like how this plant looks, and how easy it is to keep alive!!!Anyone who would like a indoor plant would enjoy this type.

What a beautiful plant! We couldn't find good looking bamboo anywhere locally and I was hesitant to order these online but the price was right. They came all wrapped up and after I brought them out they really came alive and stretched out their leaves. We bought two more sets for wedding reception centerpieces.

Made a terrarium with other bamboo's, birds,like a rock garden, little animals.

Received exactly what the picture showed and quite quickly too
