I am glad I finally purchased this pan. I paid the same price here as I would have at a local store. I have only used it once so far, but that was enough to know that I really like it. I know this brand name is popular, but I don't know the difference between brands. This pan is perfect for my personal use. I tried the mini muffin pan, but did not care for it. This mini loaf pan is much better for my baking needs. My recipe baked very well in this pan. It is easy to grease, easy to get the baked goods out, and easy to clean.

I just received this pan and had to try it out right away after washing it. I couldn’t get a photo before 2 of the little loaves of cornbread mysteriously “disappeared.” 🙄 The loaves are a generous size for one person. I did spray the pan lightly with nonstick spray before filling each cavity 3/4 of the way with batter. Getting 8 mini loaves took a single recipe of cornbread. Once baked, I let the pan cool for about 5 minutes before flipping it over. Despite this cornbread being a no fat recipe, none of the loaves stuck to the pan at all; they just fell right out onto the cooling rack, each one picture perfect! What a delight! I have owned other Wilton pans for many years and they continue to serve me well. It appears that Wilton products just keep getting better and better. I look forward to using this 8 cavity mini loaf pan for future yeast and non yeast breads, sweet cakes and, of course, more cornbread! I was also glad this pan fit easily inside my large Breville countertop oven. (I measured before ordering.) Saved me from heating up my big range! I received my pan a few days ago and immediately made a batch of miniature meatloaves. I saw a video online which was extremely helpful as I was not sure what temperature to bake them at, how long to bake this smaller size and how much meat to put in each pan. What I found out is that you do not lower the oven temperature and this is the main mistake people make. As far as how long to bake them you take the time you would bake a regular meatloaf and divide that time by 4 and then multiply the result by 3. For how much to put in each small pan you fill one of the trays with water and pour this into a measuring cup. Then you take that amount divided by 3 and then multiply it by 3. All of these directions ensured that my meatloaves turned out perfect. One other thing I did was place the pan on a large cookie sheet as I was not sure how much grease I might have from the meat. The pans are very nice to use. They clean up quickly with hot water an soap. I'm very happy with these pans and next I am going to make some individual Protein Banana Breads. I wanted this pan for smaller portion tasty meals and treats. I am sure I will need to get a second pan to accommodate meals and snack baking.

Absolute ease of use and no problem getting the loaves out of the pan. Pure baking perfection.

Love the pan, great size for all creations sweet to savory. Took off a star because after hand washing, I left it out to dry. Went to put it away the next day and it already had little orange spots where the water sat in droplets (begining of rust?). I love the pan so much I now hand wash and dry immediately. Opinion: Do not use the dishwasher for this pan. I don't put any non stick bakeware in there just to be safe.

My daughter ruined my Pampered Chef Mini Loaf pan by scraping it with metal and I was irate. She should know better as I have the correct Pampered Chef plastic spatula for this mini loaf to get things out of the pan without scratching it. Of course, paying $50 here on Amazon for that is out of the question. It is less expensive from Pampered Chef at $27 than here on Amazon, but it would require me finding a Pampered Chef person hosting a party and then pay for shipping on top of that and probably by the time I get that new replacement pan, it'll be a month from now.I've purchased other products from Wilton before and they are all quality products, and this mini loaf pan looked to be the same dimensions as my Pampered Chef Mini Loaf pan, and with Prime, I think I actually got this either the same day I ordered or the next day. And the price at $12.99 + tax ($14 total) was a fraction of the cost of Pampered Chef. However, I had my 20-yr old daughter pay me $34 (she gave me $35) for this because she has to learn to treat things well. The pan looked simply awful after she used it the one time. It was all scratched up and looked like crap. I had had this pan for several years and it still looked new and I've made probably a couple hundred different loafs or more with many repeated uses with it looking brand new and the one time she uses it, she trashes it.You CANNOT use metal spatulas, knives, stuff on Teflon type coatings. That should be good sense, and although I have repeatedly told both my kids to not use any metal on anything Teflon coated or on my ceramic coated things, they will replace whatever things they mess up and it will hurt their pocketbook.Anyway, I baked some cornbread the other day with the Wilton Mini Loaf and it works perfectly just like my Pampered Chef Mini Load pan once did. I can buy 2 1/2 Wilton pans for the price of one Pampered Chef. I have some silicon molds and some cake pans from Wilton and I love each Wilton product.
