This was recommended for breastfeeding to unclog a blocked duct. I've used soy lecithin in the past but prefer not to use soy as it affects your hormones. This worked really fast to unblock my milk ducts. Now hubby is using it for heart health etc. Can also be used as a preventative. Easy to swallow. Regular size capsules.

It is an excellent product.Slowly using weight and it good value for money.I was privately told it help burn the fat beyond all the other good reasons to take the product.

I use numerous Vegavero branded supplements and really rate them. As a vegan I know they’ll always be suitable for me. Plus they are always very careful with what they put in their supplements - a brand you can trust. You are getting 120 capsules here and the daily serving is 2 capsules. A serving of 2 capsules gets you an impressive 1000mg dosage. This is a German company and the packing can initially be a bit off putting but there is English included and it’s worth not letting German being the predominant language out you off. At under £20 the price isn’t too bad, especially considering the dosage and quality of the ingredients.

Advertised dose in product title is for 3 tablets, not 1! These were expensive compared to other bands, and when I noticed the misleading dose, the price situation became even more dire.This bottle will last 1/3rd of the time I expected it to due to the misleading dose. I recommend people interested in this supplement look to another brand like NOW Foods, who are transparent with their dosing and more reasonably priced.
