Easy to use and tasteless and effective.

The flavor is indescript and not offensive. I use this everyday. My only complaint is that this new bottle design and dropper releases the product endlessly. If the dropper is out of the bottle, then it is dripping, the rubber top offers little control.

I get my blood tested. September 2024, my levels were at 20. I’ve been taking this supplement fairly consistently. As of November 2025, my levels are 72. This stuff works. I take it with a healthy fat in the morning - like avocado, egg, ghee, etc.

Love the ease of use for these! Haven’t been taking them long enough to notice a boost in energy but hopeful! I don’t get nauseous with these like i have some others!
