Perfect fit on pit bull
It fit perfectly but the strap over his head must be on the muzzle or he can get it off his snout. I was so happy when I had company, I put his muzzle on and he did as he was supposed to do and sniffed. ( used his nose) he was growling and biting before I got the muzzle. It’s soft and doesn’t hurt him. I saw the Dog Whisperer use this on an aggressive dog on TV. It works! Great quality.

Quality Muzz
The muzzle is strong enough to support the dog during bad behaviours that you have the muzzle on the dog for. It is soft enough the dog doesn't get hurt. It allows panting and drinking so can be worn for a reasonable length of time.

Works great
It deters my dog from barking and nipping at people when we are in public, which is nice because it is not as bulky as a traditional muzzle.

Product works great!
We bought this for our 70 lb lab about 5 months ago to prevent unwanted barking and chewing. Our pup is very high energy and vocal. We live in a townhouse with neighbors on both sides so the barking was no good. Also, she likes to chew on things that she’s not supposed to. When I cook, she steals things off the table (mail, rubber bands, ketchup packets) and eats them. After trying several different options, we tried this and it works wonders! She can still whine, drink, and eat but she can’t full on bark with it on. It is easy to put on her and, as long as it is properly adjusted, your pup won’t be able to take it off. We haven’t even used the part to connect it to the collar because the muzzle itself works great! The padding is soft and comfortable (no chafing). After having it for 5 months, it has continued to look almost new... no tearing or breaking. It also helps with training... a lot of times we just have to pick it up and show it to her when she starts barking for no reason and she stops. This product has helped us with training her, preventing unwanted chewing, and with not having complaints from our neighbors! The price of $16 is awesome... great value!

Excellent Light-weight, Comfortable Muzzle
My seven month old, 75lb Doberman puppy Winnie is hard on everything including collars and leads. She is no different with muzzles. Thankfully, I was able to find this gentle muzzle guard; it both keeps Winnie muzzled but also limits the damage she does to her snout.Winnie likes to bark at and nip from time-to-time. In order to protect those around her, we often use a muzzle. The two muzzles we've used in the past were similar but instead of being open around the snout had a sturdy, breathable nylon. Unfortunately, Winnie did not accept the muzzles and consistently tried to worry them off. Sadly, the nylon quickly shredded Winnie's lower mouth and rubbed off a good deal of fur off on the top of her snout. This was unacceptable. After reading as many online reviews as I could on various muzzles, I found this product. Despite being very similar to the two muzzles that I previously purchased, with its padding, fit and strategic use of Velcro, this model has been a big improvement. Winnie still tries to worry the muzzle off, but it has remained secure and her snout is none the worse for wear.As much as I love the muzzle, I am writing this review because I just ordered another one. On the current one, Winnie has managed to fray part of the strap by rubbing the device on doors and other furniture. Further, the muzzle, which fit at first, has stretched out and is now a bit loose around her snout. This looseness has allowed one part of the loop to slip out.The muzzle I bought today is one-size smaller than I originally purchased (medium+ vs. large). I have full confidence that this should resolve the snout strap slippage. To prevent this from happening to other users, the company could easily lengthen the Velcro strip on each side of the snout adjustment strap. This muzzle is reasonably high-quality and a good value for the price. The two other muzzles that I purchased were $20 more a piece than this one and brutal on Winnie's snout. I highly recommend this product, warts and all.
