This is my second scubapro evo mask. I use it for spearfishing in the summer I have no complaints it works perfectly. The visibility is good, but could be improved with the teardrop design like the synergy. never tried the synergy so i cant compare. I'm 5'11 and I have a small face, but it fits my good enough no leaks. Put some baby Johnson shampoo in there so it doesn't fog up it works great. I would suggest upgrading to the comfort straps they feel soo nice. I also i put a scubapro go pro attachment on it and it works good. Overall great quality. I'm still new to spearfishing but i will say after diving 25ft you will feel the mask squeez your face, which is perfectly normal. I would say its perfect for shallow dives. If your diving any deeper than 30ft then I would up grade to the scubapro D-mask it seems to have lower volume then the zoom mask.

This is great little mask that you can fit prescription or bio focal lenses to. The good thing is that you can change the lenses as your prescription changes. The lenses are easy to change, but you need to know that the new version requires you to remove the safety triangle at the back before pushing up on the thumb grips. This info is not in the instructions and all the YouTube videos show how to do the changes on the older model which does not have the safety triangle, pictured below.

This is a pretty nice low volume mask. The 'hinges' and strap are well made and the mask itself seems good. I originally got it to replace the lenses with prescription, but it is too small for my husbands face. (It hits his brow) I returned it because of this.
