Bought this open box for close to $300 below Delta’s list price. All the parts and instructions were included. It is so easy to use and beautiful to look at. The design was very well thought out, making it easy to install and giving it an expected long life. In fact, Delta warrantees it for life.This is a USA designed and manufactured product, not some cheap import.Pros: handle is very easy to operate. Spout rotates very easily. The hose retracts very well and locks in at the top of travel with magnetic attraction. The sprayer buttons operate smoothly and function perfectly. I love the finish — I just love oil rubbed bronze, though it is usually a bit more expensive and getting more difficult to find. I was a bit concerned when ordering it because I was installing it in our RV. Our water pressure is not very high. Would we have adequate flow pressure to operate the sprayer, given the Federally required flow restrictor (stupid)? The answer is an absolute yes!Cons: Delta’s control module has a slightly spherical action that makes it difficult to maintain the same flow rate as you’re modulating the handle through the temperature range. Not a huge deal, but it’s just not quite as user friendly as, say, Moen’s design where you can easily modulate the temperature between hot and cold without affecting the flow rate. Also, when you shut off the flow, you have to return the handle to the center of the temperature control range or the faucet will drip. It just requires you to get into that habit.Conclusion: Even with the heavily discounted price, this is an expensive faucet. But the quality is outstanding, and given my history with Delta products, I am convinced it will give decades of trouble-free service. Contrast this with some of the foreign made junk that looks good at first but only lasts a year or two. I also know from experience that if you ever do need tech assistance or parts, Delta’s Support is here and ready to help. I’ve called and asked for parts for very old faucets, and they’ve sent them quickly, without need for proof of purchase, and at no charge.

Product works well and looks fantastic. The video from Delta for the installation was very helpful. Wife loves the touch control functionality of the faucet. Am 65 yo and have always used Delta products because of their quality and warranty. have never been disappointed. Lastly, bought this from Amazon not new but a returned item that was listed from their warehouse as like new for less money and there is no issue with it

Our faucet died and I was in charge of finding a new one. Did you know that faucets are very expensive? Well, I soon found out that they were. Searching for a faucet on Amazon was easy to do. I found the bronze color that I wanted and the touch on touch off feature. I love the size and shape of it. It’s very attractive in our kitchen and it has a sprayer as well. The end nozzle which sprays pulls out like my old one, but it is magnetic and closes easily.It was easy to install. The quality was great. The weight was perfect and it is comfortable to use.The finish is water resistant so it doesn’t have watermarks all over it.

LOVE this facet! Easy to install! Very pretty! Love when my hands are sticky ...... of food in preparation and I don't have to touch the facet to turn it on and off. Very nice, love the options of different sprayers. Water pressure is better and love the temp light (red, blue). Is easy to control amount of water flow, my last facet was hard to control amount of water. Just LOVE this!

Item came fast, in good condition with all the parts promised. I thought it included a soap dispenser for some reason, didn't come with one and for the price of this model, it should have. The black color (have a fridge and stovetop and microwave all black - yeah, I know, early 2000's) seems to match okay. it's not a dark shiny black, more of a subdued 'rubbed' appearance. You have to look hard to notice (at least I do) it's not an exact 'deep' black, but I have a multi-color granite counter surface and looks good.Installation is pretty straight forward, all the connections made without leaks.It did have manufacturing plastic residue (like small find bb/sand) that plugged up the hot water for quite a while, even with 'pre-flushing'. That eventually resolved (had to clean out the spray head vigorously).The bracket that holds the main body on the counter applied from below is a weird 'U' shape that has to go on mainly in a certain way because the hot and cold hoses are not very flexible at that point and my sink edges are too close to the hole used so the bracket is grabbing part of a sink lip and forces a non-flat angle with the bracket. It was HARD to get this positioned and tight. Part of it is my inexperience with this model, though I've done a lot of these. Once I got it aligned and held in place it seems pretty secure.The on off/temperature valve is slightly finicky on position for it to be 'off with no drips' but once you feel where that is, it seems to work well. It is a soft throw and pretty easy to use. I like the height of the spray nozzle over the sink, consistent with what most of this type I've installed provide.I'd recommend a buy, but if you had time, look for a price drop as the value for the 'basics' you get is not as good as some others. I stick with Delta (preferably Kohler) when I can.

So glad I got this - Husband had it installed in no time - love the one handle water controller instead of two - love that the sprayer has two different ways to spray - Looks great and now I have more room - sprayer retracts with ease and stays in place - price is compareable to others I have looked at - great buy

This faucet was professionally installed, with no issues. Works as listed. Easy to use and maintain.

Great quality, beautiful bronze color, easy to use. Very happy with this faucet. Definitely recommend. I didn’t install it so I can’t offer any advice there.
