Perfect replacement

Battery on laptop quit working and was unsure if it was the Battery or charger. This arrived promptly and we were able to save money not replacing Battery as it ended up being a bad charger. This worked great

My wife's cable for her Dell XPS 13 started to fray and the USB port started to deform. Ordered this from Amazon and it was delivered in two days and has worked perfectly.

At least this item was nice enough to die during the 30 day return window. I travel back and forth from an office to my home office with a Dell Latitude 5540. I leave power adapters at home and the office. When one of the adapters needed to be replaced, I thought I'd save some money and go with a generic replacement because it would be delivered faster than the genuine Dell. The first thing I noticed when I opened the package is that this unit feels like it weighs about half of what a real Dell adapter does. It worked great for 28 days until it didn't. It was plugged in, and left in the same spot on my desk at home the entire time. On Day 28, the laptop first began complaining that it was not plugged into a power source. I was able to reseat the cable and get things going again twice, and then...it just stopped sending power to the laptop. I then plugged a USB C cell phone power brick in to see if the laptop would register it, and the laptop started charging again. Sometimes, you just get what you pay for. Spend the extra $10 on a real Dell adapter.

Needed a new power adapter for my Dell Latitude 5420 works great

I left my original charger at a one day off-site office. When I realized I didn't have it for use at home I knew I'd have to go into the headquarters office to use the stationary cable. I was able to order this the night of discovery and have it by the end of the next business day to test. It fits, works well, has an added light that my regular Dell does not and I love that. Good value, Prime eligible, and rescue worthy. I just keep it plugged in at home all the time now and keep my original in my case.

It didn't last more than 3 months until it started showing connection problems.
