Great item

It’s a cute and sleek design and I really like the back holder at the bottom. Once the pins go in it pops through the top layer but doesn’t really hold to well after that. So don’t tilt it too much when putting up. Also check to make sure you are placing within the window it you want to see your pins through it.

Display arrived quickly and very well packaged. For the price it is well made and easy to use. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought this again because I now have more pins than will fit in the original, however, the part into which you push the pins, doesn't self seal like the first version. It's cheap felt and if you change your mind about where the pin will hang, you might see previous holes or dents.

Displaying pins

A majority of this fail is on me-but an honest review if the item. I went back to purchase a case I have several of that I absolutely love and it’s no longer available so this was a recommended replacement. I didn’t read completely so that’s on me. It’s flimsy and not super sturdy. The insert is not something you can secure your pins knowing they will stay and the cover won’t hold if the display tips leading to the pins popping out. Now keep in mind-if you are looking for a knock off to get by -this might do the trick. I do think it’s overpriced for what it is though.

This is a great way of displaying your pin collection on a wall. There's no prop to stand it up on a desk, which is fine with me, but there is a small loop hanger on the back for hanging on a wall. The back surface is entirely flat, which makes it super easy to hang with a couple of Command strips.Pins push in with an oddly satisfying "pop" and remove very simply. Once mounted, the pins aren't rigidly fixed in place; they can be rotated easily (and even just tilting the case to the side will cause them all to rotate), so if you're obsessed with presentation, you might find yourself a little frustrated with getting them all lined up **just** right.The little shelf at the bottom is just that; if you have a few pin backers, they'll fit in there just fine, but I found with my display, there were too many backers to comfortably stay in that shelf. They did all fit, just it felt like if I opened the case, they'd all fall out. (I put a ballpoint pen there so you can get an idea of the size; the pen is pushed back against the back of the opening.)As I'm not storing the backers on the shelf and have it well secured to the wall, I've had absolutely no issue with opening the case while it's hanging. I'm not about to turn it face down to test how secure the pins are, but as it's hanging in those pictures, I have absolutely no concerns about opening the door and not losing any pins. (The case is hinged on the left and a flap on the right side secures to the side of the frame magnetically.)All in all, a great product perfect for your pin collection.

No part of this is wood. It is compressed cardboard with cheap vinyl cover.

I bought this for some of my pin collectables, it's really sturdy, easy to put up and just beautiful really. The only negative and it's a time one is that the door doesn't shut fully. For me i just stuck some Velcro strip on the flaps and it seals up nicely but I wish it was shut magnetically or something to keep the items more safe. Either way was an easy fix and I am super happy with the results
