Not too bad
Delivery was quick. The product complimented the other items in the party bag. The children loved the item. However, there were few pens that wasn't functioning very well.

My kids just love these secret pens. They made me bought other two boxes for their friends and they were very happy. Very interesting product. Good price for the amount and the delivery was very quick ... Thank you for the saler.

Excellent customer service
The package was very tidy when opened. It was used as party bags. Feedback from my child's class kids, they enjoy the drawing and it glows in the dark. They were happy and in awe of the design they made. Spoke to customer service about the shortage of package, they were wonderful and send remaining stocks. I was able to give out all the children in my child's class. Thank you.

Slightly dissapointed
5 out of 16 pens did not work. Not ideal when you have party bags to fill and realise the item is not working.
