Shower Bracket Holder Large with Brass Connector for Hand Held Showerhead

I had purchased a handheld shower head about a month ago and installed it with no problem. However, a week ago, the handheld shower drooped over the shower bracket holder. Upon further investigation, I determined that the swivel ball started to rotate because of the weight of the hand held shower head (even after tightening the screw connector). I then went to a number of hardware stores - such as Lowe's, Home Depot, and Orchard Supply - looking for a sturdy universal shower bracket holder. However, all the brackets were made of plastic. I was looking for the the connector portion to be made of brass and I came across this one. The price was the same as the plastic ones and so I decided to buy this one without any hesitation. Boy am I glad I did. I installed the day after I received it and there were no leaks whatsoever (remember to use teflon tape around the screw portion of the connector). The handheld shower stayed upright with no problem. I highly recommend this product. You won't regret this purchase. I would buy again.

I had a Water Pic Hand Held Shower that I loved, however, the holder and hose had much to be desired. The holder was not strong enough to hold the shower head and would continue to break. This one fits it perfectly and works well with the plastic of the Water Pic Shower head. I also bought the SR Sun Rise flexible SS hose. The Water Pic on was very stiff and uncontrollable. It is so much better than the Water Pic hose and fits this holder perfectly as well. Good Choices all around. I get to keep the shower head I like and got a new holder and a hose that works better and the price was just right. Everyone in my family is very happy with my new choices, especially me. - H. P. The description makes it sound like the unit is mostly metal. It is NOT. It is probably more like metal-plated plastic. It lasted almost exactly 2 years - I purchased it in 2017 and the gimbal nut cracked and the thing popped off the gimbal ball this morning (8/1/2019), while I was taking a shower. Good thing we have a shower rack with a place for the hose, or the shower head/handle would have fallen right on my foot.

I like the fact that part of it is metal, but unfortunately the part of it that broke on my last is plastic. So.... will see how long this lasts.Also, it doesn't fit the head very well ( a little small) so he shower handle doesn't go in all the way. I had o remove the rubber thing just to get my shower handle/head in there.On the plus side I was able to spend $10 and not replace a $30 item.

Bought this to replace old Waterpik bracket that had broken after almost 20 years. Really liked the spray pattern on the Waterpik and so didn't want to replace that. Unfortunately the bracket didn't hold the old sprayer hose very well...hose and sprayer would pop out when the water was turned on. Resolved this by ordering the hose (separate review) associated with the bracket and that did the trick. Works perfectly. The least expensive Waterpik replacement I could find was around $20 for everything. This route cost me about the same. I'm happy!

I have not used this bracket yet. I bought this as a backup in case the one I have breaks. The quality is much better then most. Its still made out of plastic (the holder part) but it seems more heavy duty. I will update this review once I use the bracket.

Good inexpensive replacement. It works but the holder is slightly too small for our plastic Moen shower head. Still it is a good replacement. I think we can solve the size issue with a replacement hose.

Bought this with its companion hose (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01EGHYPHQ/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to avoid any fit problems associated with dissimilar bracket/hose issues. Since my Grohe (great product too) shower head (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B006WNLDDW/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o05_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) didn't come with a bracket or hose, I was going to buy their brand - until I saw the prices and poor reviews. This combo of shower head, hose and bracket are perfect together. The bracket seems very substantial and doesn't leak one drop. Great value for the price.
