Generally works, but...
After using it for a while, it works well, looks good, easy to install.But it does have some design flaw:1. The rail and the lower part do not have a washer. After uses over days, the waste water would fill inside by the space beside the rod.I drilled a hole myself to try to let the water out.2. The soap holder is too wide for the rod. So when you didn't need it, it cannot fold completely to the wall and a corner would edge out. That's why I take it out.

Decent riser for the price.Fixings are basically crap, but most supplied screw's/ plugs tend to be.
