I detest having to take time to write critical feedback on a product but this company ticked me right off; having contacted them via WhatsApp and Email both responses said they only support India and UAE.The issue with the product is that it does not allow you to send different content to the two different external screens, instead it sends the same screen content to both screens.This product is a waste of time and the company is a sham

No good on a 2020 MacBook Pro
The media could not be loaded. It was really easy to set up and I loved the shape of the dock for my laptop to sit on, however, when connected to my MacBook the dock reads as a single monitor with all monitors connected to it mirrored rather than extended.I know my MacBook is capable of 4 screens as that’s what I had with my previous Dell docking station. This does extend to 4 with my Microsoft Surface 4 laptop.

Waste of time if you have a M1 Mac
Bought this for my M1 MacBook Pro to streamline my desk setup. This does not support 4K output at all. Would only run at 1080p which is absolutely useless and no where near worth the money spent on it

Monitor output not working
Purchased this to work as a dock for my own personal MacBook Pro 2020 and my work MacBook Pro M1 2021, mainly for mic and extra monitor. Both are highlighted as models that work with this but the additional monitor is constantly not working. It shows as on and the mouse will go out of view to it but the screen is fully black.Not sure if this is a fault or just terrible quality. It’s a lot of money to spend on something that doesn’t work.

Bought it to plug both monitors in only one works as an additional monitor unlike as advertised but the thing that is most annoying is the fact it doesn't charge my laptop rendering it useless

Docking perfetta
Ho acquistato questa docking mesi fa. E' compatta (si nasconde sotto il laptop), solleva leggermente il PC consentendone il raffreddamento e funziona perfettamente. Consigliatissima

Die Station tut genau das, was sie soll. Alle Funktionen sind gegeben. An der Arbeit verwende ich die selbe, dort nutze ich 2 Bildschirme (beide HDMI) mit meinem Laptop. Zuhause verwende ich meinen Laptop mit 2 Bildschirmen (HDMI + VGA) und konnte bisher noch keine Probleme feststellen. Die Verarbeitung ist gut und alle USB Anschlüße (3x) funktionieren ohne Probleme.

Maravilloso servicio post venta.
Compramos el dock en febrero de 2022 (hace casi 18 meses), el dock es buenísimo y tiene muchas conexiones. Pero comenzó a fallar hace un tiempo, nos pusimos en contacto con el fabricante Baseus. Nos trataron muy bien y finalmente enviaron un reemplazo de la unidad. Por lo que estoy muy contento con el producto y con el servicio post venta!.

Sembra di buona fattura e resistente, confermo che i jack usb non entrano del tutto nelle porte, ma non sembra essere un problema. Sarebbe opportuno un cavo di collegamento al PC più lungo o avere un design che permetta di posizionare l'hub capovolto per poter raggiungere anche prese usb-c che si trovano nella parte destra del portatile.Detto questo sto avendo probremi con perifiche usb-wireless, nello specifico mouse e tastiera, spesso perdono l'iunput, il mouse si blocca e riprende, mentre la tastiera non digita e poi riprende a digitare.Sono in contatto con il servizio clienti che mi ha fatto fare delle prove, ma purtroppo non ho risolto il problema ed ho preferito restituire l'articolo. Cmq ottima assistenza, fossero tutti così.
