Beautiful tea pot
This is so beautiful. I got this one and the greenish one. There is no seam in the design. It was packaged very nicely. Very good quality. I'm very happy with the product. I bought the 3 tea cups also.

Mom's Memories
This teapot was purchased as a Mother's Day gift for my mom, a woman who is notoriously difficult to shop for. She's almost bedridden, so she doesn't really need "things," but I remembered how much she had loved a teapot she'd had when she was first married to my dad. I found a picture of it, and this new teapot is very close in appearance to the one she had as a newlywed. She was thrilled when she opened it up! It brought back a flood of memories, so not only did she have a very nice Mother's Day, but she also enjoyed a lovely trip down memory lane. This is a really beautiful teapot, and we just love it.

but it has a strainer....
I wanted a fancy set but it could not be crazy expensive because my kids are only 7, 5, & 2 . It is affordable-ish and fancy. i ordered the "whole set." The teapot was packaged with the other items, making it in my opinion, Safer from breaking. It IS rough, so i washed it with warm water. Then I scrubbed the bottom with a wire sponge to smooth it out. Quality? eh. The lid has a chip that was decorated over! the teapot has a strainer.. i wish it didnt. the gold on it is terrible!
