I used this alongside antibiotics to prevent side effects which I usually have from taking antibiotics. I didn’t get the usual symptoms so seem to work well.

I was given antibiotics to take for boils. I was reluctant to take the antibiotics but when the boil was getting bigger and unbearable I started taking it. The antibiotics made me extremely constipated and bloated. I hadn't opened my bowels for 5 days! That was far too long for some one that has regular bowel movements. After 3 days on antibiotics I bought this probiotics. I took it the first day that it arrived, by the following day I opened my bowel without any problems whatsoever.Highly recommend this probiotics. Once I'm done with this one I'm going to get the everyday one. I can't see my life without these probiotics.
