I’ve been using Osteo Bi-Flex Triple Strength with Turmeric and have noticed an improvement in my overall joint comfort and stiffness. I like the combination of glucosamine and turmeric, and the triple strength formula is convenient. For the price, I think it’s a good value and worth trying if you’re looking for a joint support supplement.

Very easy to swallow, no issues with sleep, been taking for years for joints and for my age it has helped a lot, joint health has been helped

Take this together with Healthy Origins NEM Eggshell Membrane 500 mg, 30 Veggie Caps and lay down on it for some hours, DO NOT MOVE MUCH OR ELSE IT WON'T WORK AND MIGHT MAKE THINGS WORSE, your joints will thank me within a week. Also they are healing during this process, it may feel weird or painful at first, try it for a week? That's all I'm asking. Don't start running marathons either.

Take one at a time twice a day. Big pill, works much better for me than omegaXL

Not the best tasting. After using it for a while, I haven’t noticed much improvement in my joint comfort or mobility. It may work better for others, but it didn’t make a significant difference for me.

The bottle was sealed and the covers says 80 caplets but when you actually count them there were only 69
