I needed something a tad shorter
I returned these with no trouble what so ever. This is a high quality, heavy duty rasp, but I needed something just a tad shorter.If you're used to this length you will love this rasp!!!

Completely dull
I can run the palm of my hand up and down this rasp and it is smooth, it definitely won't do anything to a hoof.
