Recvd item on Thursday. Charged camera on Thursday evening. Used the camera Friday afternoon for approximately 25 minutes of total recording. Did update on Saturday morning. Turned on and changed video recording resolution. Set out for recording an hour later, device wouldn't turn on. Thought battery may be defective (since battery is not a GoPro battery). Purchased a replacement battery and dual battery charger at Best Buy. Battery was fine and fully charged. Device will not power on with either battery!Called this morning @ 10:45 am eastern to be told that I can't get a replacement but a refund. This isn't a problem. It's just that its still being advertised by seller as being available and in stock for this same model (12 to be exact).

I purchased this item for a personal reasons and after 5 minutes of use each time, the product Over Heats and stops recording, the only way to get it to turn back on is to remove the fully charged battery and re-insert only to get the same issue 5 minutes later. I have used this device a handful of times and out of frustration stopped using it up until yesterday when it took 2 minutes for the device to once again freeze. I have been trying to find contact information for a replacement or a refund but have not found any information or information that seems to lead me to another company. I need this fixed right now as I have wasted money on this product.

POS! Right out of the box camera would not charge, would not turn on. Light nor screen would turn on. Lost two aerial photography jobs due to this POS! Returning and not re-purchasing.

CAMERA ARRIVED WITH THE LENS COVER MISSING AS WELL AS A BAD BATTERY. CAMERA DOES NOT POWER UP IF NOT ON CHARGER. THIS CAMERA IS PURE CRAP!

As arrived, product does not work. Cameraman colleagues also baffled.

do not buy this product, these refurbished cameras are broken and do no not work for pictures or videos at all.
