Can I install it on cement walls?

Yes, cement walls should be okay - as long as the distance between the walls isn't too much. The longer the distance, the lesser the weight the bar will support.

Is the material of metal used is different in red & black colour models?

I got black colour model but both models seems same, just in red colour, its just colour of side rubbers and plastic tighteners. I have been using for the one year and is sturdy for upto 80 kg. go for it. best thing is, we dont need screws, just make sure its perfectly tight

Can it stay firm on granite surface?

Yes, it could stay firmly on granite surface.

Does it work on Marble walls ?

It can be used, but it is not recommended, because I don’t know the smoothness of your marble wall, and I am afraid that it will crack if it is used for a long time.
