I bought the Hiseeu 4-dome camera set a little over a year ago. During that time, the system worked perfectly until the hard drive stopped working and one of the cameras wouldn't connect. I emailed customer service, expecting little to no help. To my surprise, their response was quick and professional. We went through some troubleshooting steps, and they sent me a replacement hard drive and camera, which I received three days later.Although Amazon rejected my previous review about the support I received from this company (perhaps because it was too positive), I want to emphasize how pleased I am with Hiseeu's customer service. They stood by their product, and I will definitely buy from them again or recommend them in the future.

The camera's and HDD were easy to setup. The hardest part of the whole process is running cords through the attic. Its worth the extra work to have a corded camera system. The image quality is much better than wifi versions I have used in the past. The app associated with the system works well and allows for live viewing of the cameras along with playback of the video if needed. Customer service with Hiseeu has been outstanding. I have contacted them several times and received quick responses answering my questions each time. Overall, I have been impressed with this product and would recommend to others looking to obtain a camera system.

My review is based on two units, both non opearational.First one there was no light on the power supply assuming it was defective, did not power up device when plugged in.Replacement unit's power had a light but just blinked red.Device had power when pmugged in but all the lights just blinked. I was not able to get anything to display on a monitor.Tried 3 monitors, 3 HDMI cables, and two CAT cables.Nothing. Maybe you will be lucky and get one that works but two failures is an indication of the quality control to me.

My 4 year old 5MP zosi system would not stop rebooting so I began looking to upgrade to a new system. I was on the fence about upgrading to 4k as I don’t have any 4k TVs, but decided to give this a try. For some reason most of the “name brand” systems are all nearly $1000 now!!! For a home security camera system this still ticks all the boxes and hits a decent price point!Very well packaged and the overall system looks to be well built. I have noticed a little but of noise coming from the hard disk drive. Time will tell if that is an issue.Image quality even down scaled to 1080p is superb, and the wider angle view makes placing the cameras much easier!The app is fairly easy to use and I only got stuck in one technology loop where it would not let me register due to the warning about agreeing to the terms of service staying on top of the button to agree.Mobile image quality is insanely high quality and the operating system on the NVR itself is quite robust and easy to navigate. Definitely keeping this one!Night vision takes a few seconds to adjust but is very sharp and clear even in NO light situations!

Had other brand security cameras for years, now they ask for monthly fee and made it no longer work besides live viewing it. For the new system, NVR without the monthly fee is a way to go. However, the wireless one would have problem with signal because the camera will be too far from the NVR station and to pass through the brick walls. After weeks contemplating, finally decided to get this NVR with 8MP IP67 cameras. Like the 100ft cables and requires no battery to run. I have not experienced any problem with the phone app. The app itself also offer many camera setting control. I am happy with my purchase.

I never found a better system than this, I installed many of these systems, very Easy to install, easy setup on the NVR and phone, nice quality resolution, I still buy systems like these, Hiseeu Thank you !!!

Can’t recommend this for any security use. I use to monitor rising water levels around a cabin built very close to a mountain stream subject to flooding. Plastic housing seems very cheap and nothing like I expected. While the hard drive died at the first power failure, they promptly shipped me a replacement.

The media could not be loaded. Amazing product for its value. Easy installation and very user friendly video recording hub. Video and product quality is so much better than my previous cameras. Would very much recommend to anybody that wants to make sure their home is safe. Had a few questions about the cameras, talked to the support team, and they helped me with every question I had. Overall amazing customer service and product.

Impress with the reliabilty with the non stop 24/7 recording and images quality. Overall good quality for price wise.

I am overall satisfied with this security system. I purchased this security camera system to replace an old system and found this product is easy to install and use. I was able to figure out how to connect the recording system to the camera by following the manual. The camera and picture quality is good and clear. The cameras in the system can be connected to an app on my phone to view, and that was simple to set up as well.

The most important points are the installation and setup.There are only small wires (1 per camera) to pass through the Attica to reach the sofit or other good location for the cameras. The wire supplied the the camera kit are long enough for a small size house to connect the recording machine to each camera.The recording system was simple to connect to cameras as well as the application on the phone for remote access to the cameras and system.The quality of the pictures is excellent. Positively surprised!It might take a bunch of data to download the current wiew but the delay is normal with High speed connection.
