No looking back! Now that I have mirrors in the front ;)
This is the first time I've used bike mirrors. I will never bike again without them. It adds an extra level of safety when riding on the street, and it's great to see where the other bikers are behind me. I have one on each side and absolutely love that, but really only one is probably necessary.Pros:- They are foldable, so I don't have to worry about them breaking when leaning my bike against a wall.- Easy, easy, easy to adjust.- Seem very sturdy so far and don't lose adjustment, even when riding on rough terrain.Cons:- I had a difficult time understanding how to install them at first. Didn't realize that I needed to cut the ends of the rubber grips on my handlebars. It seems so obvious now, but that wasn't mentioned anywhere so I was worried about cutting them at first. Once you cut, you can't go back.If I ever need new mirrors, I will look for these again. Definitely recommend!

mechanically good, optically so-so
I have to say, I have no idea what "sheerness" is. How would I rate its sheerness? I guess it's ok, whatever it is.This is a tough mirror. The joints are strong, the mirror can't be broken, the field of view is large. All good. But visually, it's crap. You can figure out what you're seeing in it, but not always instantly, and you don't want to spend all that much time on a bicycle, looking backward. Picking out a moving car 40 feet behind you from a car beside it that's parked takes a bit of time and attention, it's not just an automatic flick of vision. So that's a big problem. It's not unusable - definitely better than nothing, and good if you're banging it around.

Liked it enough to buy a second one
Now I’ve got 2 mirrors, 1 on each end of my handlebar, it fits the left or right. Looks good on the bike, good viewing angle, doesn’t lose its position. Although I keep it only moderately tightened, so I can make minor adjustments on the go by hand. And in case it gets whacked, to minimize the chance of breakage. Has some minor optical distortions, about what I’ve experienced with stainless mirrors in the past. But I’ve had bad luck with glass mirrors breaking, and this gives me an adequate view of traffic.

Stays in place well
I like the sturdiness of this mirror and that it stays in place very well. The set screw that tightens the ball swivel is beefy and should last. The size of the oval mirror is a little small and the stainless steel mirror has some distortion. It works OK, but the reflected image is not as clear as a glass mirror. Not sure why they went with stainless steel, as I've used bicycle mirrors for many years and never had one break.

Convex, not a flat mirror - listing should be clear
Two reviewers called this a flat mirror. Perhaps Hafny changed it, but the one I received is convex. I need a flat mirror. Photo shows a tennis-racquet-shaped bug zapper reflected in several bar-end mount cycling mirrors. Three of these five mirrors were supposed to be flat, one was sold as convex, and one did not say. Here are the five you are looking at: 1:00 position in the photo: Blackburn Bike Multi-Mirror (ASIN B0855G36NQ), 3:00: “ZoeDul Cycling” mirror (ASIN B089ST6PHJ, this is the only flat, bar-end mount mirror I have found on Amazon), 6:00: Mirrycle MTB mirror (ASIN B0009R96YK, sold as “convex”--best mount of the bunch), 8:00: MEACHOW bar-end bike mirror (ASIN B07DW3N2GZ), 11:00: This Hafny New Bar End FR04 (ASIN B07SG1CKXW). Note that the tennis racquet looks huge in the ZeoDul flat mirror and shrunken in the other four, which demonstrates the various amounts of convex curvature. Unfortunately, the ZeoDul mirror’s mount is flimsy and shakes whenever the bike is moving, so it is a non-starter. Since I looked through about 150 bar-end mirrors to find these four (Mirrcycle was properly advertised as convex), my conclusion is that there are no bar-end mount, flat mirrors worth buying on Amazon. Seems like an obvious niche someone would want to fill.
