Seems to be helping.
I started taking these along with a folate supplement and have noticed a slight improvement in skin so far, but more importantly, I am seeing a bit less hair fall which is amazing. I’m taking other supplements as well so it’s probably the combination rather than this alone.

Great Zinc Supplement
Solgar Zinc Picolinate seems like a high-quality supplement. While I haven’t noticed any major changes or results personally, I do appreciate that it doesn’t cause any stomach upset or negative side effects, which has been an issue with other zinc supplements I’ve tried. It’s easy to take, and the ingredients appear clean and well-sourced. Even though the effects haven’t been dramatic for me, I’ll keep using it for the potential long-term benefits.

Great quality Zinc supplement, made in USA!
Great quality zinc picolinate supplement that is the perfect dosage! I've been taking Solgar zinc on and off since the late 1980's. The price was getting a little high so I switched to other brands. It was refreshing to find it here on Amazon for a price comparable to other lesser know brands. I Will continue to buy this in the future!
