The media could not be loaded.  First issue: they air intake grill is located at the back of the machine. The front and sides have no air intake. This does not allow air to circulate properly. If the purifier is against the wall it only suck in very limited amount of air.Issue 2: the pm sensor is very inaccurate it just jump all over the place between 6-29 within a few minutes. Cannot be use as an accurate sensor reading to set the programming in the app.Issue 3: you need to press the button to engage the sleep mode, not very smart.Issue 4 which is the biggest issues. The carbon layer is behind the hepa filter layer. If you think about it, all major air purifier companies dont do thats as it makes no sense. Hepa filters out all the pm then the clean air goes through the carbon layer to remove the smell, but the carbon layer out release carbon particles back into the clean air. I tested this purifier with pm meter and it never gets down to 0 for all the readings. My other air purifier by winix, honeywell and germ guardians all give 0 readings after a few minutes at the air outlet.

Only been a few hours so I can’t really speak to its effectiveness, but what I noticed is that it immediately said the air quality was “excellent”!I’ve got 3 dogs, 2 cats, and 12 birds - believe me, there is no way my air quality is excellent.On the positive side, the device was easy to set up and the app is straightforward. The fan works and is very quite in sleep mode. I’m guessing it will filter the air adequately but how can I be certain if I can’t trust the indicator?

It helps with the heavy, and damp hot air that is famous here in Florida. Also when I am cooking fragrance foods like garlic and onions it cleans the air very quickly. Very quite.

We are very satisfied with this air purifier. We use it in our bedroom at night. It is very quiet on sleep mode. My wife says that she feels less congested in the morning since we have been using it. It is easy to operate and is of good quality.

I purchased the UNbeaten Air Purifier for our new home because ever since moving in, my nose is constantly stuffy and runny. It wasn’t long after I had set this unit up that I was able to experience some relief (even though the unit’s light was green indicating Perfect Air Quality).I moved the unit into my bedroom overnight while I sleep. I found the Sleep Mode to be very quiet and there weren't any lights that were bothersome. My nose wasn’t as stuffy as it normally is after a night’s sleep either.I moved it into my home office while I work today. After running it for a wee bit, my stuffy nose cleared up and I’m not constantly whipping a drippy nose.This unit is not too big and doesn't take much room. It's light in weight and easy to move. I like the option of the different speeds and the automatic speed option. I haven't used the timer or lock capabilities yet.One negative thing I have experienced were the directions that were included in the box. They weren’t as clear as I needed them to be, in particular, the proper way to insert the filter(s). The filters are in the unit already but you must remove the plastic bag that they are encased in. I should have paid more attention as to how they were inserted in the unit before I took them out to remove that bag. I attached to this review a screenshot (a colored photo of the way the filters sit in the unit) that I had grabbed off the product’s listing photos. Also, I’m a little confused about the filter situation and understanding how to replace just one of the types of filters when the two types of filters are attached/one piece.The second negative thing is getting the app to work. The app only works on 2.4GHz, not 5GHz. There are instructions available on how to set your router to the 2.4GHz in order to get connectivity to the unit. I cannot seem to make that work with the router I have and I lack the patience to continue to figure out how to make this happen. That said, I’m not able to use the app and the app is what attracted me to this unit in the first place, so I find this to be most disappointing (and the reason for the star deduction).Other than those issues above, this Purifier is great so far and it works for me. Once I check into the expense of the the filters and gain more knowledge of what’s involved with their replacement, I may update this review accordingly.
