I was unsure before ordering, but my Husband convinced me that they are immensely practical for house and garden.I had ordered another oil lantern (different brand and seller), before this one but it was broken on arrival, and we are returning that first one.However, never having owned an oil lantern before, when I opened the parcel I immediately fell in love with this Lama 24 cm Vintage lamp. First of all let me say that it was so well protected in the packaging that it was as if I were trying to break into Fork Knox. lol. Absolute kudos to the seller!It's beautiful. We read the instructions (altho in the description on Amazon it gave illustrated instructions on how to set it up; very helpful to the uninitiated), then set it up and tried it out. I was surprised at how easy this was to do. We only poured a 100 ml of oil into the base, since we didn't know the correct ml's, and it said to only pour in 70 percent. I also had ordered a smokeless, odorless oil. But forgot to order a wick; fortunately there is a wick in the lantern.It's beautiful. It looks so good, and it looks vintage too. I think it is well made, based on it's sturdiness, and because of how easy it is to use. I'm not sure what the wick is, but we've been testing it out for a couple of hours now, and have absolutely no issues with it. It also takes the chill off a room; tried it in the kitchen, which is often rather cold, and it definitely worked.I am so impressed with this lantern that I am going to order another one (same lantern), immediately after I have posted this. It really is a beautiful lantern.

I bought this product for a camping trip off grid and whilst it did provide a decent amount of light it is very badly made. Straight away the glass did not fit and would pop out when opening to light or even just sat still.The kerosene leaked everywhere, as the lamp warmed up it would seep from the sides and the base. Very smelly and dangerous. I threw it away as it wasn't even worth the hassle of trying to replace. I will just buy from a known brand nextime.

Bought two of these and it's exceptionally easy to use. I was nervous initially because of the fire element and not being sure about the quality, but its absolutely fine. Well built, perfectly safe (as safe as a lantern loke this can be) and creates a lovely glow.Only slight issue is the clasp to pull the glass up, this is a bit stiff so u have to be careful letting the glass down after it has been lit.Of course, the top gets very hot when lit, so be careful.If and when I buy more of these kinds of lanterns, I'll probably choose this product. Defo recommend

On first use the fuel tank was leaking, this could present a serious fire risk.I’ve made several attempts to return the lamp, all futile.Hopefully the seller will respond to my concerns. Should the seller replace the lamp and is fit for use, I will then leave feedback.

I actually, unlike a lot of people here, really like the flashing blue light which is where you turn it on/change mode. It makes it easy to find in my car and easy to see where the button is to turn it on at the horse field. Good range of width settings and also ability to move the light up and down on my head depending on work i.e. pushing a barrow/picking out horse feet and then lift the light up to see further ahead when walking. Will revisit my review if it breaks quickly like many of my others!!

Do like the lamp. But it is also little flimsy for what it is.

What a headlamp for the price! great battery life, and a nifty usb port in the battery pack to charge a phone i guess, lol! it's very bright, but can be dimmed when blinding light is not needed and better battery life. focus is great and has a wide range. Completely adjustable and comfortable.

As avid campers we have bought all kinds of lanterns over the years…propane, battery operated, candle, and this is the best! It has two light options like LED and warm which is a softer more natural glow and various brightness levels. Plus it just looks coolIt is light as a feather, but the plastic makes it less worrisome and more durable than our glass Candalier. Charging is a breeze with USB, So you could plug into your car while driving. It would be awesome if it had a place to store the charging cord in it, that would be my only suggestion because misplacing the cord could be easy especially with lots of camping gear.I am actually going to buy a second one to have. Would be a life saver if you lost power or for ambience outdoors at night. Get it, you won’t be disappointed!!

Brännaren hoppar gärna loss pga den dåliga låsningen med eventuell påföljd att det kan starta brand i hela lyktan. Den är rent av riktigt brandfarlig. Köp inte denna produkt!!

Comprata per fare luce su un tavolo in un punto buio del giardino.Piccolina,di aspetto piacevole ha un tipo di luce calda e una a led fredda:accese insieme illuminano abbastanza,avrei preferito una luce led più calda perchè quella a tungsteno è davvero debole e quella fredda poco piacevole.Ricarica comoda.Nel complesso accettabile.
