First one I gave 5 stars
I have read several of Dean Koontz,' books now. The first 70% of the stories were totally gripping but then they made me lose interest. The rest of the stories were too elaborate with filler story to keep my interest to the end. This is the first story that is gripping from beginning to end. I am hoping for more like this.

Awesome
My only critique is that that the author spent so much time describing hallways and landscaping in exhaustive detail when he could have tied up the ending in a much neater bow. I know endings are a very touchy subject for both readers and authors. But I don't believe an ending that the author spent so much time and words bringing to fruition should be rushed...And this one in particular was a hatchet job...Considering how much time, detail, and more then ANYTHING beautiful talent the author exercised to weave this tale for us he should have taken some of that time and talent to write a more satisfying ending. I'm not saying it should have ended with "And they lived happily ever after" but for God's sake he spent hours worth of time writing that took hours worth of my time reading only to sum up the ENTIRE story in about 30 mins of reading.Like I said endings are such a delicate and controversial topic. But don't take us on a magical journey of beautiful writing that transports you to another place only to finish off the story in one lousy chapter lacking the same detail and time spent spinning the entire tail. It feels sloppy and rushed and does not do your own work any justice. Its like painting a Picasso only to sign your name across the entire painting. Not sure that's the right way to describe my feelings but most people shod get it and I can only hope and pray an author maybe even this one reads it. But maybe I'm just a stupid reader who wants it all. I leave it for you to decide dear reader. Hope you enjoyed this review even half as much as I enjoyed this tale. Thanks Mr. Koontz I hope if your read this you aren't cringing in embarrassment for me LOL goodnight and God Bless.

Exciting story
I would have given this book five stars if it had a complete ending. I didn't see a second book.

Good read despite the improbabilities.
Well-paced though highly improbable tale. The association with current bio weapon development is compelling. I have no interest in things supernatural. Nevertheless, I finished and enjoyed this.

Fantastic Read
This one has everything: love, humor, tragedy, suspense, science fiction, reality. Donโt miss the train! It might be leaving soon.

Insanity
Koontz has once again proved the ability to craft a twisty complicated story that skewers the killers in our world, and celebrates the capacity to love.

Eyes of Darkness: To throw light on the Unknown.
Highly captivating book with its racy style is impossible to be kept down once you start reading it. Although from the moment Go! the author dwells on the supernatural, unbelievable, yet heโs able to sustain the interest of the reader to rush across to the next page simply to find out what next shall happen. And that, despite the fact that the story is hinges on an extremely weak link: how Tina and Elliot find their way to where Danny is kept prisoner. Even so, well worth a read! Good job! Koontz!! Or Nichols?

Just a Coincidence not even that accurate.
Everyone was claiming that this book predicted Coronavirus. But it's not a prediction but just a "COINCIDENCE"... so don't get so excited and buy it at once like I did... I would recommend you to first read the free sample of this book that they've provided and then buy this book if only you are interested. Don't waste your hard earned money.P S. : Kill rate of COVID19 is 3.4% and not 100%

Teenage stuff
Started off well. But lost the speed after first few pages... Plot is unthinkable. Characters especially of Pak are bordering on comedy. Showing a enemy as bumbling buffoon is childish. Overall below average teenage stuff
