must have!
I have two outdoor hanging baskets which I line with coconut liners and boy, the soil drys out fast due to the air circulation. I use one or even two in each hanging pot to help with the water evaporation. I will never be without these liners! I have backup in my shed as we speak!

Easy to use
Simply dip in water and place into container. Don't let them soak or you lose some water retainer material. Appears like stuff they use in diapers and pads to hold liquid. Great for my flower hangers on barn and shed.

They seem to work quite well, but...
Given the image on the package showing that these are meant to be used in hanging planters, I had expected that these would be round and meant to be laid inside the planter but these are rectangular strips, not round, which meant that I needed to double up when I used them, which makes them less cost effective in my mind. They do the job, but you'll need to use more than one per hanging planter to make sure that you keep as much moisture in them as possible.

Works well
Forms moisture barrier for potted plants. Beads fill with water and keep plants watered. Recommend

Thought they would be different
The mats seemed very thin to me. Even after getting wet. They were very easy to put in the planters ( hanging baskets). I think they did help keep my flowers a little moister, however, I still had to water at least every day or the flowers would start to wilt. I might try putting 2 in each basket next time.

Great concept
Planted a couple hanging baskets, couldn’t be easier! Seems like a great idea, we’ll see what happens when we go away on the weekend!

I use these in my outdoor flower boxes
Great for insuring plants don't dry out if I need to skip a day of watering during the summer.

Waste of money.
I am genuinely shocked that I actually paid money for these moisture sheets. Honestly, I feel robbed. They’re nothing like the ads or the reviews, and if you’re reading any positive feedback, just stop. They’re nothing more than overpriced, glorified tissues with a tiny hint of moisture, and that’s it. No hydration, no softness—just wet, flimsy sheets that do absolutely nothing. I can't believe I actually wasted my money on this nonsense. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
