Is this plug and play for a 2012 RCZ, with all necessary fitting instructions?

It is suitable for RCZ (2010-2015). Please be aware it is not compatible if the original radio comes with a large screen. The xtrons units don’t come with a fitting manual as they are different for all cars - these are to be fitted by a trained car mechanic or professional.

Is the facia trim part of this package

Yes but you will have to cut part of dash to fit, but it's not seen when it's all fitted
