Equine Band System - Core Training Aid for Horses. Saddle Pad and Equibands System by Equine Balance Bands (All Purpose)

This is great, used a few times before I wrote the review. It has really helped my horse, wore whilst schooling and out hacking. I would recommend.

Well made and works very well. Both my horses ate 16.2 and 17 hh and it fits well

I am very pleased with this item. It is super quality and less expensive than other bands I looked at. The horse responded very positively to the first session with the ab band only. Thoroughly recommended.

I bought these bands after my horse had surgery for kissing spine. I used them during her rehab and have noticed a definite change in the way she uses her core. Very pleased, definitely recommend.

Arrived promptly, really quick and responsive to questions I had, and my physio is very happy with the difference working with the bands over poles has made in just 4 weeks to core muscle and flexion of hind legs. Very happy customer.

Pros: -beautiful packaging -quality products. Should last indefinitely. -nice saddle pad that I would be more than happy to ride with -easy set up though the bands do take some finagling (which is good as it doesn’t slip) to tighten. -compared to other products of similar design, it’s a fantastic price! Con’s: -QR Code vs booklet. In my previous orders from Balance Bands, they came with a printed booklet of instructions. I’m probably old fashioned, but I’d prefer that to a QR code. Easy enough to print though. Background on my mare. Having lived most her life as a broodmare in a field, she wasn’t exactly in fighting form when I bought her and trained her under saddle. Our riding instructor commented on how her back dipped when I rode her so I knew her core was weak. This past fall, she fell prey to a deep digital flexor tendon injury, so I decided to do all in my power to help her recover as fully as possible. I found out about this company while searching for magnetic boots and ordered a pair and a magnetic blanket. They have been brilliant. For whatever reason, she’s been extremely stiff and after wearing the blanket, her movement was smoother and her body was popping with adjustments! I’d spent all summer massaging her and never got these results. When the magnetic sheet comes out, she is very eager for me to put it on. The boots are nice, I just can’t speak to their help as she is still in the early stages of healing. Anyways, all that to say, because I already had good experiences with their products, I decided to buy the band set up. It arrived yesterday and I put it on her and we went for a walk. She didn’t seem to mind it but when we went up our very steep driveway, she was using her hind and core like I’ve never seen. She looked hilarious engaging muscles that she didn’t even know existed! I’m very eager to see the results over the next months and will plan to update with her progress.

De eerste indruk is goed. Ik gebruik het dekje met banden nu 2 weken en het materiaal ziet er degelijk uit. Hopelijk gaat het uiteindelijk het gewenste effect hebben, maar dat zal de tijd leren.
