Dropped about eight pounds over six months
I'm 53 years old and purchased this more for weight loss and energy rather than muscle gain. I like the results, but I don't know if this is also associated with a change in diet by eating fewer carbs. My energy stayed the same. I plan to start weight training to see if gains are easier than usual since I've never been able to pack on muscle in my life.
