Can you also use this with a stamp instead of a finger?

It is only around 1.25 inches in diameter. Not recommended unless your stamp is small. I would guess the ink is also slightly different.

I bought the two pack item and only received one. What are my options here?

No you don’t need to buy separate ink. It’s an ink pad and very neat with precision.

How many times can you use it?

I bought this in November 2022 so used it couple of times since then and it’s good. Importantly, it’s perfect for documentation purposes as the finger prints come out very clear.
