You can’t beat Travel Pro for ease of use
Every time I get a non Travel Pro suitcase I regret it. Travel Pro moves effortlessly in any direction. Wheels are sturdy. This expandable case is truly lightweight.

LOVE this new 25" luggage!
I did SO much research before selecting the 25" hardside Travelpro in two colors: Orchid Pink Purple and Ensign Blue (darker than it looks online). We just got home from our 3-week trip and the two suitcases were perfect. The feature that was the clincher was that both sides of the case zip closed. No more opening your suitcase on a bed and having half of it fall out or flop around. Everything stays contained. Plus I loved the added zipper pouches on one side.It is expandable but we did not use that feature on this trip. The material used for the luggage was really nice and seems very sturdy. It spun 360 degrees with zero effort. It rolled along just as easily. One issue we have had in the past is using a suitcase that is too large and, as you buy souvenirs, you stuff it and it easily goes over 50 lbs. With these, we didn't really worry. Yes, we used secondary luggage (we carry duffel bags if we fly an airline that has two free bags) but even when I added to each Travelpro suitcase, it never got to a point where we worried about weight. Yes if I put a bunch of bricks into even the smallest suitcase, it can get overweight fast. My point is that the medium size gave us more peace of mind that we wouldn't put ourselves in that position as we had, in the past, with larger luggage.Overall, I am thrilled with our new Travelpro hardside luggage!

Great but poor handle design
This would have been 5 star if the top handle was easier to use. It is hard to get my hand under it to lift

Excellent Quality
This suitcase is perfect!! The quality and size are perfect for a single traveler who needs to check in a Medium size suitcase. I also own the carry-on version of same suitcase, and love them both.

Zipper broke after using 1 time
Don't buy luggage from Amazon. Of course this wasn't used within the 30 day return period because we didn't travel within that time period. After our first trip, the zipper broke. Amazon won't honor our return and Travel Pro won't honor luggage bought from Amazon. Now I have a very expensive piece of luggage that can't be used. This is the second piece of Travel Pro luggage from Amazon that is defective.

Perfect 'mid-size'
I was in search of the perfect "mid size" case. I already had a huge international case, and a small carry on case, but was in search of the medium sized that wasn't too big or too small. I also wanted it to have the expandable zippers which it did and made all the difference in the world because I am definitely an over-packer when traveling. This was perfect!

Love this
I bought the pink/mauve color. It's durable and perfect for travel. Has held up really well and I have no issues. Will purchase again.

Organization
Not only do I like the look of this luggage, but that on the inside it zips up on both side. I already have the large size in this luggage, same color. It moves easily and smooth.

Tight handles
I like the brand, as i have a softside carry on, and the color. I will be using it in my travel soon, and hope that it won't break or dent easily. The only issue i have was the handles were tight and hurt my hand when i grab them. How can i make the handles loose, easier and more comfortable to grab? Please reply for the solution of my issue! Thanks! Unfortunately, today is past the date to return it.

Handle stuck in retracted position after first use!
Bough this suitcase in January. Went on vacation end of January/Feb. The suitcase was good on the way to my destination, but when we returned the handle is stuck in full down position, wont pull up. Wow , I've never seen this happen before, and I've been travelling for over 40 yrs... Tried to return to Amazon, but they only have a 30 day window for returns? That is ridiculous , should be at least a year like Costco or other retailers. Guess lesson learned , don't buy luggage from Amazon.
