HiyaHiya Sharp Limited Edition Interchangeable Needle Set (Stainless Steel, 4 Inch, 13 Tips, Colors Vary)

I am an avid knitter and have been very happy with my KnitPicks interchangeable needles, up until recently when the needle tips started unscrewing from the cable and the cable ends started pulling out of the metal ends.I did quite a bit of research and found that many professional knit wear designers use Hiya Hiya needles exclusively. What in the world is the big deal about these needles, I thought. They are pretty expensive, but I decided to go ahead and take the plunge. I bought the 4" sharp tips.SO GLAD I made the decision to get these needles! The tips screw into the cables, and there is no way for them to inadvertently come off. The joins are smooth and snag free. The tips are sharp and make lace knitting so easy.If you are vacillating about buying yourself these needles, just go ahead and buy them. You will not regret having these lovely interchangeable needles. You will enjoy your knitting so much more.

Having spent a fortune on knitting needles.. (I have the amazon receipts to prove it lol) I finally found Hiya Hiya circular needles, much better than the german brand which was my first favorites. I then found the Hiya Hiya interchangeable omg how my knitting life has changed, ended of buying 2 So I could do 2 socks at a time on double circulars (I know I should learn 2 socks at a time on 1 set ...maybe later) but now I can have multiple projects. So let’s talk ease of use...very, easy to change needles..very, they stay secure, I absolutley love how the Hiya warms to my hands and this kit is the smaller length needles which is perfect for my smaller hands. The cords are flexible and the multiple lengths are bonus plus you join cords for super lengths and yarn does not get stuck on join between cord and needles. The kit comes with so many little helpers like the mini scissors, which I laughed at thinking how sharp could they possible be, well yes they are and my favorite little helper now. The kit is lovely, everything fits very nicely and is easy to travel with. I have donated some if not most of my other needles to groups who can use them, can’t imagine needing anymore needles so now instead of searching for needles I spend more time trolling for good yarns... hope this helps and happy knitting..

These are amazing! My new favorite set. This set is so compact and yet contains everything I need. The 4" needles and 16" cable are perfect for hats and Hiya Hiya is the only interchangeable set I've found with 16" options. The single point adapters are brilliant and the little panda end caps are so cute. I found using these as straights just as delightful as using them as circulars. I've been using Hiya Hiya needles for some time now, but this is the only set I use these days as it contains nearly all the circular/straight needle combos I could possibly need. The only things that would make this set even better are extra cables (I never have just one project going) - especially the 16" and 24" cables and needle sizes 0 and 1. The price is a bit of a shock, but considering it includes options for 13 circular and 13 straight needles + all the accessories it really is worth the price.

Many accessories and parts were provided as described. only variation was small beads instead of small pandas - due to supply chain issues. Got a Kitty snip which is quite ok by me! Needles are nice and sharp and are enjoyable to knit with. each needle is marked with its size. the connectors do spin at the cord junction. the cords are nice and flexible, unlike other heavier brands.

I'll buy it and it charges fine. I am very pleased and can recommend to everyone.

This is a great set of needles, well worth the price. I've been looking for an interchangeable set for quite some time, and this is exactly what I was hoping for. The pieces all join smoothly, the panda accent pieces for knitting flat are adorable, and the materials all feel high quality. I liked the look of the red set better, but I wanted this size, and I'm glad I chose function over form.

The needles themselves are amazing - super-sharp and the short length works well with my knitting style. The metal on the needle has a little grab, unlike nickel plate, but not as much as wood. I'll see how the finish holds up after some use. Very smooth joins with flexible cables. Also, the cables swivel where they join the connector, so that eliminates tangles. My only criticism is that there are SO MANY PARTS! Especially the connector to join cable lengths - tiny and no key hole to tighten/loosen. Those will get lost right away. And stuck. Altogether, though, my favorite circular set.

I am on my second project with these needles. I have to say I am very impressed with. I am a new knitter. I wanted a pair of circulars with a 16 inch cord. Very few sets come with this option. Many sets will not even work with a 16" cord if you buy it. I am new to metal needles. I usually knit with bamboo. These have excellent glide. The needles have come unscrewed once. I check periodically. From what I have read most do. The quality of this set is amazing. It has everything one needs. Including the option to make straight needles. I feel this set is definitely worth the cost. I decided to pull the trigger on a good set in the hopes I'd be done buying needles. I plan to buy a couple more cords. Overall, this set has everything I need and then some. I am not at all disappointed. No regrets. Also, the 4" needles don't bother me at all. Maybe I just don't know any better?? :)
