Easy to set up! Fairly easy instructions, it did take a little longer than I expected to heat up the water, however the wait was worth it!It is noisier than I expected also, but then I've never seen one working, so I've no idea how noisy they are.( It's the water, not the machine! ).It took longer to arrive , this was not due to the company or Amazon! This was due to the DHL driver! Who decided my driveway was not accessible! 😞🤦, and neither was my front door!I did have a moan to the poor lady on the phone at DHL! Because I then had to wait another 4 days because I wasn't going to be in until then😞.But all's well now 😊, and I'm delighted with the product, great price, wonderful value and good quality, going to have lots of fun with this! 😎😁

I had lazy spa in past thought I change to this one. Which is cheaper but it holds the heat better, heats up faster and now I won’t be going back to lazy spa.. this is far better

bought this hot tub when I got out for the summer found that there was a hole in the inside. contacted the seller and as about as helpful as the hole. all I would say is do not buy this product as it is not fit for purpose and dose nor even last 6-8 months. when trying to sort the problem the feeling I got from them is we have your money now so (putting politely) we are not interested.

Does need a pool heater to get it warm enough because of size

It’s a great size, perfect for the garden. what I will say is the maximum people we have had in it, is 4 comfortably. If we went for 6 it would be a squeeze depending on peoples size (we are all different) if you’re looking to have a bigger party size I would suggest going for a 7 seater.You will need to invest in a few accessories for the tub along with cleaning supplies. I purchased the digital thermometer sets as it was easier to read than the test strips. Keep up with the maintenance you’ll be able to use the water for a few weeks without having to drain & refill.

Fantastic hot tub

Very disappointing it doesn’t reach 40 degrees, the flow is dismal so it doesn’t clear the water through the filter which causes the water to discolour. But I’m told this is acceptable and within parameters.I’m sorry to say it’s not acceptable for me I wish I never bought it and would definitely advise anyone not to buy one.It is not fit for purpose and functions poorly as a hot tub never mind a spa which it states it is in there product title.I have had no leaking issues as of yet but time will only tell. I can’t see this hot tub reaching anywhere near a reasonable temperature in the colder months head, unlike my last one I had.Very very disappointed with this one.
