LG 1.5 Ton 4 Star DUAL Inverter Split AC (Copper, Super Convertible 5-in-1 Cooling, HD Filter with Anti-Virus Protection, 2022 Model, PS-Q19RNYE, White)

I writing this feedback after 10days . Product is excellent. Product deliverd as on commitment date But copper pipe was missing after complaining the refund that amount in amazon balance that we can't transfer in our account. You can purchase or recharge only thats feel bad. Ac cooling is very effective. I like convertible mode where we can use 80%, 60%, 40% . Over all good product in this price range.

AC was delivered without copper pipe. Amazon agreed to refund amount for missing copper pipe. Amazon service is great, they understand and try to resolve customer issue.Installation guy did bad work, AC stopped cooling post 3 days, had to call service center multiple times, they kept ignoring my call. Finally had to tell them it will be reported as fraud then only they sent the guy and refilled the gas as it leaked during installation.AC is running fine since then.LG need to improve on customer service. Their product is good, I bought another one.

Excellent product, we have been using LG AC's for the past 15 years,this is the third one and a very good product,noise level is low and the cooling is nice n enough in the master bedroom. It is power efficient and consumes low power, if u need an AC for a medium sized room then go for it undoubtedly...

I am writing this review after a very long time i am using this around one and half year starting when lg installation guys install this ac it's not giving much cooling and i thought my money got wasted but after all the free services done by LG i service this ac by urban clp and trust me it chills my room in 10-15 setting on normal ai with very less noise you even hear min in high temperature of 39 degree and my room is very big one more thing it run on mininmum voltage i am very suprised i have two more ac one is voltas and other is Lloyd both is not when voltage is low they need minimum 160 v but this is beast i loved this hopes if anyone purchase and faces any problem of cooling please check leakage or service your ac from outside.

This a good product overall. The mode to save electricity is helpful when you are planning to run AC for a longer duration. All other features are similar to all ACs. It is quite and makes very less noise.

Amazon has best return and refund policy. Copper wire was not delivered with the product. I contacted Amazon. They asked me to take JOB card from the person coming to instal ac. So, they mentioned that copper wire is missing.After submission of job card Amazon refunded the incurred cost for copper wire.A C is almost silent even at maximum speed.I have not yet tested the power consumption.It has copper material coiling inside.It's worth money.Go for it instead of spending on other high varients.

This is my fourth AC. For all of my previous AC purchases (including one bought from Amazon, and two from store), the copper pipes were included, and I thought this product also will have the coper tubes (for refrigerant liquid and gas from inside to outside units) includes. But there were not. And when you buy on Amazon, you have to pay for installation, but for store purchases, installation is free. I do not understand why Amazon cannot match this.
