This mini Dutch pancake mix is not only tasty, but it's also very easy to whip up, making my mornings a lot more enjoyable. Plus, the price point is just right, making it an affordable treat for any day of the week.The pancakes I made from this mix had a lovely taste that made me look forward to breakfast. They're not quite the same as the ones I've had in restaurants, but they're definitely a good at-home alternative.Another thing I appreciated was that the mix is non-GMO and vegan-friendly, so I felt good about what I was putting into my body. I made this mix as I would a pancake mix, because I didn’t have the special poffertjess iron. I didn’t time them, I flipped when they started to bubble. Cook Another minute or so on the other side, and serve. Too high in carbs for me, but my spouse said they were delicious. The next time I will try making them in a muffin top pan in the oven. I may just have invest in a poffertjes iron!

Some European themed restaurants are serve it. You need a special pan to make them to be the right size but frankly, any mini donut maker can get this job done.We tried this pack by adding the ingredients prescribed (milk, a bit of vanilla and salt) and the results were quite good! Remember you do need something to go on top of these such as chocolate syrup, fruits, etc. we made it without eggs and that worked fine. Also, the idea of decorating the pancakes was a hit with out kids.We found the taste to be fairly authentic. Given that this is basically emulsified flour, this is not really a "kit" but a flour pack. Still the idea is a good given how well packaged the stuff is. The price is a bit high though. The pack is vegan so that helps those of us who are more health conscious.If you want to try something different for your kids or are learning to bake, this is a good product to try.Given the higher price, I have to deduct a point and on the whole give this a three star rating.

These taste great! I am not familiar with Dutch pancakes but these are on par with the ones I have made at home. It was very easy to make because it only required a few ingredients that most people already have on hand. It fluffed up nicely without burning. I did not have a special pan for this so I just used my regular kitchen pan on medium/low heat. Very easy and kids enjoyed it with syrup and fruit!

I’ve never made Poffertjes before and me and my family really enjoyed them. This mix doesn’t have a whole lot in it but my regular pancake mix only has a couple more ingredients. I didn’t have the special pan but I do have a cast iron skillet and that’s what I used and they turned out how they look in the listing. I’d get this again I think they are yummy and fun to make.
