Walnuts are a good source of nutrients, but nuts aren’t the best food for older folks, so this is a delicious way to add the benefits to your diet. I mix the nut butter into smoothies with either bananas or cocoa powder and they’re as tasty as they are healthy! It also makes for a good alternative to peanut butter in PB&J sandwiches. I recommend this product and will definitely be buying more.

I went “ Crazy Go Nuts “ over this walnut butter! Goes great with crackers, celery and toast I’ve tried it on so far! It’s not too thick or oily, texture is nice, it spreads nicely and not high in sugar. I do wish they had a larger size. It is a little higher in price but I will purchase again.

Maple- If you don’t like walnuts or drizzly nut butters this may not be for you, but it’s has a very nice texture and sweet flavour to it. The maple one specifically has a sort of cookie dough-like flavour while still having that noticeable walnut aftertaste. The texture has a nice crunchy grit to it, excellent. Espresso- This one is less sweet than the maple and the espresso flavor is subtle which allows it to have that slight coffee taste w/o being overly bitter. In my opinion the chocolate flavor isn’t too strong, but I was more excited about the coffee flavour more than anything! This batch almost seemed to be more runny than my last jar of maple but that could simply just be a jar-to-jar type deal. I really enjoy it on top of English muffins, bagels, oatmeal, and pancakes! Coconut- I thought the coconut taste was quite subtle, which was neither a good or bad thing. The texture and consistency on the butter was creamier and smoother than the others and it had more of a fatty texture/taste to it, probably because of the coconut? I felt it could be a bit sweeter, but if you like subtle sweetness then this was quite well!

The walnut butter itself is acceptable. For me though, for a relatively expensive product like this which is liquidy and gooey and oily, oil-based, it is not ideal to put it in a cheap plastic jar. There are limited selections for walnut butter, and the one I normally buy is more expensive but in glass jar, but often out of stock - so I thought I would try this brand. I thought it was packaged in a glass container. I have second and third thoughts about buying this brand again because of the plastic jar. Probably will not buy again. Plastic gives off chemicals, especially in an oil-based solvent. It also gives off tiny plastic particles that we have all read about and are all over the planet now, including in our bodies. Plastic is also a problem to dispose of or recycle. I feel the use of plastic for the container for this walnut butter is not ecological, so I ding the product and the company for such reckless product design, and I don't think I will try it again. I LOVE this stuff! I first discovered their banana flavored walnuts at my local grocery store and followed them on FB. When this product came out they were showing it off and said if you were local where you could get it or to order it from Amazon. I didn't hesitate I came straight here to buy it and I am glad I did! I found the walnuts while on the hunt for healthier snacks because I started to do intermittent fasting. I needed healthier snacks that were good for me AND satisfied and nuts were the key for me. I use this on fresh bananas to "glue" raw sunflower seeds or Crazy Go Nuts Banana Walnuts to my bananas. This is my favorite way to have it aside from straight out of the jar. And it's one of the things I break my fast with frequently and crave, it's so good. The sweet of the banana, the salty, sweet, nuttiness of the Crazy Go Nuts Banana Walnut Butter topped with a little extra crunchy nut on top... Y. U. M. It's not a very large jar and I did find it quite pricey. It wouldn't prevent me from buying it per se but the price will prevent me from buying it as often as I'd like. Due to the price I use this sparingly and change things up by using my regular PB that I love. I see there are other flavors and their oatmeal cookie walnut butter is calling my name...

This is very good walnut butter. It needs a thorough stir, as it has a fair amount of liquid to incorporate back into the butter. Delicious with a good consistency after the stir. A word of warning, the jar has a has a foil seal under the lid, and I knicked my finger on the foil as I unscrewed the lid. Nothing serious, just a warning, the foil is no joke. Remove the lid and foil very carefully! Otherwise, happy with my purchase and recommend to those wanting to add more quality nut butters to their diets.

I was surprised at the flavour of this butter! So delicious! I love using this in my homemade protein bars!
