I have had really awful cramps and back pain during that time of the month since I started going through perimenopause. I can't believe how wonderful the relief is using this bath! The cramps are the worst at night, so I use it before I go to bed. It also relaxes you, and you get relief in very little time. I would recommend this to anyone who has menstrual pain.

My product had a missing seal, so I had to return it. I've tried this product but it is just an average bubble bath. It didn't relieve any cramps or muscle aches.

I get four uses out of this bottle which is enough for 4 months of using during my period. It really does calm the cramping of the muscles. The scent is not my favorite but it does not smell bad. The relief is short-lived but I am grateful for it and nonetheless.

Ordered an expensive bubble bath and received leaking. Good majority gone.
