Makita B-10481#2 Phillips Power Bit, 6-3/8", 5/pk

The shaft on the bit is too long and the impact driver's receiver doesn't lock, so the bit can just fall out. Guess still could use it with the drill. Nonetheless a bit disappointing. Aside for that, 5 stars! Good quality and made in Japan!

Great quality bits.

I don't know what the problem was, but I needed to file down the tail a little for the DeWalt. But that wasn't a problem because the bits themselves are great.

You can not go wrong with Makita #2 extended bit sets. Make to last in harsh conditions and frequent use. 5 Star Rated.

They’re fine but they dont lock into normal impact drivers like my makite. The back piece is too long

Well, it does say that it is for a specific Makita drill in the description, so you can't fault it for that. Just didn't expect it was that different that it won't work in my Milwaukee or DeWalt drill. I gave it a 3 because the description was correct, but why in the world would they make the start of the shank that way!!!

All seams to be fair for the price except it will not lock into a Milwaukee impact unless , like i did, you modify the lock portion as it is an 1/8 too long

BE WARNED they dont fit into standard impact drivers. Need to cut/grind 1/4" off the tail end to get them to fix. Giving 3 stars, because the bits are great once u modify. Simple fix, frustrating necessity.
