Will this spray hurt my nose piercing ?

This spray is typically sprayed onto bedding and sheets before sleeping into it. By the time your head hits the pillow it should no longer be damp. So unless you're spraying it onto your face and nose piercing... I don't think this product should hurt you at all.

What are the ingredients?

No detailed listing just "natural essential oils and other ingredients “ but almost everything can be call Ed "natural" at some level. but lots of warnings about contact poison center if ingested I find its scent nasty and chemical so I use it as garbage pail spray... can not recommend put real lavender and vanilla beans in your linen cupboard instaid. Smell is a very individual thing and I found this to have a very unpleasant scent

Can I use the pillow mist on my body as a body mist?

Unless bottle directions recommend 'NO' you could try a small area first to be sure it doesn't irritate. I have my favorite perfume's, etc and prefer to use the Pillow Mist on bedding...such a refreshing scent to fall asleep with!
