hello sir we are a moroccan company working only with thuja wood which is only exceptionally native to Morocco. there is too much work on item, since the artists they collect piece by piece and they put it to gather to make the final results. what i can guarantee you all our products are handmade and it takes a long time to have the final result as you appreciated it

It is nearly impossible to op this box! Top and bottom do not seem to be a match.

Mine was a perfect match, and the top fitted nicely to the bottom. A well made box from my experience. Am unsure what caused the problems you're having.
