Easy to install, working as should so far
I like these, the reason for 4 stars… need to have an option to order the same locking mechanism so we don’t need to have so many keys to unlock different windows around the house… please maybe add that feature going forward ?

Lifesaver for special needs kid
My 8 year daughter is autistic and has been opening windows to attempt to get out of the house. I’ve replaced all of our sash window locks with these and it has given me such peace of mind. A couple tips:I’ve ordered about 20 so far and ended up with multiple locks that use the same key. Keys are numbered 201-209 (so far.) I use a sharpie to label number each lock. This makes it easy for me to quickly locate the key if I need to open a window.Some reviewers have said these aren’t the same size as their old locks. Mine definitely aren’t a perfect fit but I was to attach them using the preexisting holes by putting the screw in at an angle. This has worked well for us. You could also screw new holes if you need to.
