It's very helpful if you spend a lot of time on front of computer screens

I was doubtful about this one, having used many others over the years. But all them were just useless as they would never reduce my eyestrain. This one brought a dramatic turn in my life. These are great for outdoors in the bright sun. I wear them while riding the motorcycle and it helps to see clearly as well as block the bright blue light and I noticed I havnt been getting the small headaches I usually get after being in the sun for too long. Crystal clear lenses as well
