My husband has been on a weight loss journey. He started taking a GLP1 a few months ago, and although he’s tolerating it very well, there are a lot of documented side effects when it comes to things like gas, bloating, and constipation. I obviously want him to be healthy and comfortable, so I was doing some research on possible products that could help alleviate any such symptoms. I’ve used Naked brand products before, and I’ve always thought they were excellent quality. I always appreciated that they had simple, natural, and well tested ingredients. When I saw that Naked made a gut health product that included so many well-known and important ingredients, I wanted to definitely check it out. I’m glad that I did. My husband mixes this product into his daily protein shakes. It is soluble in a smoothie and he doesn’t notice it in there at all. It doesn’t clump either. It also doesn’t add any unusual taste or texture, at least not that he has noticed. It’s a very easy product to use. Just add a scoop to your protein smoothie and you wouldn’t even know it was there. I’ll admit that this is not as cheap as some other products that I’ve seen, but I also think this stands apart in insofar as it’s made of very high-quality ingredients and a little bit seems to go along way. It’s also hard to put a price on good gut health. There’s just so many benefits in terms of regularity, general wellness, and your immune system. So overall, I would have to say that it’s a pretty good value for the money.

I wanted to wait before writing a review, and now that I’m halfway through my second order it’s safe to say this stuff WORKS! It has no harsh side effects like cramping or giving you the runs, it just makes your poops regular and … bigger than I’ve ever had before. I know it’s TMI, but it’s the only way to describe how regular (every single morning) I am and the amount of poop I’m eliminating daily has been mind boggling. I feel lighter, healthier, less bloated, and overall just so much better. I’ve tried many many things in the past to keep me regular, and this product is superior by leaps and bounds. I cannot recommend it enough, if you’re looking to be regular, purchase this product right away!

2nd time buying this, first time seemed to have no issues. After my second purchase, I noticed the consistency of the powder was a little off, but that is all that seemed off so I continued taking it. The other day, I took some with the naked whey protein powder (which btw, seems normal, no off smell or anything) I had a terrible bout of acute gastritis that took several hours to subside. I also ate a sandwich before the gastritis so I was unsure what the actual cause was. I went to make another shake today and smelled inside this powder and it smelled terrible. I feel like it worked well the previous time I purchased but as other recent reviewers have noted, this may be a bad batch.

Normally a 5 star product. Ive ordered the naked gut tubs on amazon 7 times. Always been tasteless to me. Mixes in coffee well because of it. For some reason this last tub is sweet. Overly sweet. I had to check to make sure they didnt add Stevia to the ingredients list. It didnt show a change in ingredients. So I am perplexed. The company and amazon were both fine and offered me a refund. Thank you for that. I do want to order in the future and see if it was just a weird batch this time. Hopefully it goes back to being nearly tasteless. Ill be happy to adjust my rating if it does.

I think this product works decently, it does seem to flush you out and you will have to pee a LOT, but unfortunately the powder smells like a dirty hamster cage and doesn’t taste great in water. I mixed it with a little lemon juice and mio and it’s much more tolerable.

Mix in with morning coffee and have time your bathroom schedule
