Doesn't taste disgusting!
I tried a dissolvable B1 and threw them away. These are tablets, and easy to swallow. They are not bad. I eat a bite of food immediately after to get any residual bitterness out. Best ones I've found, and I've tried a bunch!

Carlyle a good brand
The only reason i didn't give a 4 or 5 star is because i see that it's in the Thiamine HCL form rather than Thiamine Mononitrate (which i prefer). That's sort of my fault for not looking further into it before purchasing. Carlyle is still a great brand.
